What we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This page describes how Dynamico Workforce actually handles your information, but it has not been checked by a qualified legal adviser. If anything here matters to a decision you're making, email us and we'll answer directly.

Dynamico Workforce connects Filipino professionals with employers abroad. Doing that means handling information that matters — your resume, your work history, your contact details. This page explains exactly what happens to it.

We are a Personal Information Controller under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Who we are

  • Dynamico Workforce, [registration number to be added]
  • [registered office address to be added], Philippines
  • Data Protection Officer: [Data Protection Officer name to be appointed] — careers@dynamico.space

What we collect

If you're looking for work

  • Account details — your name, email address, and a password. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and profile picture instead, and never see a password.
  • Profile details — phone number, city, the kind of role you want, your skills, seniority and preferred engagement type.
  • Your resume — the file itself, plus what we read from it: job title, skills, years of experience, and a short summary.
  • Your activity— roles you apply to, shortlists you appear on, interviews scheduled, and the stage you've reached.
  • Screening conversations — if you take an AI screening interview, the full exchange is kept, along with a summary written for the specialist handling your application.

If you're hiring

  • Your name, email address and password, or your Google account details.
  • Your company: name, website, industry, country, size and description.
  • The roles you post and the candidates you engage with.

Everyone

  • Standard server logs — IP address, browser, and which pages you requested. We use these to keep the service running and to investigate abuse.

A note on sensitive information

RA 10173 treats certain categories as sensitive personal information, including education, age, and marital status. A resume usually contains at least your education history, so we treat every resume as sensitive and store it accordingly: in a private location that is not reachable from the public internet, readable only by you and by Dynamico staff working on your application.

Please don't include what we don't need. We never ask for, and would rather you left out, your government ID numbers (SSS, TIN, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, passport), date of birth, marital status, religion, political affiliation, health information, or a photo. None of these improve your chances here, and our screening interviews are instructed to refuse such questions if an employer asks them.

Why we use it

  • To match you with roles — your skills and experience are compared against open positions.
  • To let employers assess you — a verified employer sees your profile, skills and the summary read from your resume.
  • To arrange interviews and keep both sides informed.
  • To run and protect the service — security, abuse prevention, and fixing things when they break.

We rely on your consent, given when you create an account and again when you upload a resume, and on the legitimate interests of operating a staffing service. You can withdraw consent at any time — see your rights below.

How AI is used

We use Claude, made by Anthropic, in three places. We think you should know precisely where:

  • Reading your resume. When you upload a CV, its text is sent to Claude, which extracts your skills, job title, years of experience and a short summary. You can correct any of it.
  • Ranking candidates for a role. When an employer posts a position, Claude scores candidate profiles against it and writes a short reason for each. Candidate names are deliberately withheld from this step and reattached afterwards by ID — a name carries signals about gender and ethnicity that have no business influencing a shortlist.
  • Screening interviews. If you take one, Claude conducts the conversation and writes a summary for the specialist.

No decision about you is made by AI alone.Every shortlist is reviewed by a Dynamico specialist before it reaches an employer, and the AI's score is one input among several. If you think a score or summary is wrong, email us and a person will look.

Anthropic does not train its models on data submitted through its business API.

Who we share it with

Employers

A verified employer can see your name, role title, location, skills, years of experience and the summary read from your resume. They cannot download your resume file — only what was read from it. Your phone number and email are shared when you apply to their role or when we introduce you.

Service providers

These companies process data on our behalf:

  • Supabase — Database, authentication and file storage. Receives: Everything you give us — account details, profile, resume file, applications, interview records. Hosted in [region to be confirmed]. Resume files sit in a private bucket that is not publicly reachable.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — Resume reading, candidate ranking, screening conversations. Receives: Resume text, job descriptions, and screening interview messages. We do not send candidate names to the ranking model. Anthropic does not train its models on data submitted through its business API.
  • Resend — Sending email. Receives: Your name, email address, and the contents of the message. Used for confirmations, interview invitations and status updates.
  • Vercel — Website hosting. Receives: IP address, browser type, pages requested. Standard server logs, kept for operational and security purposes.
  • Google — Optional sign-in. Receives: Only what you approve on Google's consent screen — name, email address, profile picture. Only if you choose Sign in with Google. Password accounts never touch Google.
  • Google Analytics — Website measurement. Receives: Truncated IP address, pages viewed, and basic device information — never your name, email, resume or profile. Only if you accept analytics on the cookie banner. Decline and the script is never loaded. Advertising features are switched off.
  • Cloudflare — Security check on public forms. Receives: A one-time token proving you are not an automated script. Turnstile. Runs on signup and on forms open to people without an account.

Nobody else

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not pass your details to other staffing agencies. We will disclose information if legally compelled to, and will tell you when we're permitted to.

Where your data goes

Our employers are largely outside the Philippines, so sharing your profile with one means transferring your information abroad. Our service providers also operate internationally. By using Dynamico Workforce you agree to this transfer. We remain accountable for your information under RA 10173 wherever it is processed.

How long we keep it

Your account and profile stay until you ask us to delete them. Resumes stay while your account is open. Application and interview records are kept for our own record of what happened.

We should be straight with you about a gap: we do not yet delete inactive accounts automatically. If you stop using Dynamico Workforce, your profile remains until you ask us to remove it. We are working on a retention schedule; in the meantime, the deletion request below works immediately and we honour it in full.

Your rights

Under RA 10173 you have the right to:

  • Be informed — which is what this page is for.
  • Access — ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
  • Correct — fix anything inaccurate. Most of it you can edit yourself from your dashboard.
  • Object — tell us to stop processing your information, including withdrawing consent to be shown to employers.
  • Erase or block — ask us to delete your data.
  • Data portability — get your data in a format you can take elsewhere.
  • Damages — claim compensation for harm caused by misuse of your information.
  • Complain — raise it with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph. You do not have to come to us first, though we'd like the chance to put it right.

To exercise any of these, email careers@dynamico.space. We aim to respond within 15 working days.

How we protect it

  • Everything travels over an encrypted connection and is encrypted at rest.
  • Database access rules run at the row level, so one candidate cannot read another's profile even if the application had a bug.
  • Resume files sit in a private bucket. There is no public link to them.
  • Staff access is limited to the people working your application.
  • Screening interview links use long random tokens that cannot be guessed or enumerated.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs affecting your sensitive personal information, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of discovering it, as RA 10173 requires.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies.A small number, all required for the site to work: keeping you signed in, remembering a form you were part-way through, and the security check on our public forms. These can't be turned off without breaking the site.

Analytics — only if you agree. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people find and where they get stuck. It is switched off until you accept on the banner shown on your first visit. Decline and nothing is loaded — no Google script runs and no analytics cookie is set.

If you accept, Google receives your truncated IP address, the pages you viewed and basic device information. It never receives your name, email, resume or anything from your profile. We have advertising features switched off, so this data is not used to target ads at you.

Changing your mind.Clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again. You can also email us and we'll confirm what was collected.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we have no other third-party tracker on this site.

Children

Dynamico Workforce is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information in a way that materially affects you, we will email you rather than quietly updating this page. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
