Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Dynamico Workforce. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Last updated 12 September 2026

Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This page describes how Dynamico Workforce actually handles your information, but it has not been checked by a qualified legal adviser. If anything here matters to a decision you're making, email us and we'll answer directly.

These terms apply when you use https://dynamicoworkforce.com— whether you're looking for work, hiring, or just browsing. Using the site means you accept them.

The most important thing first

We never charge candidates. Not a placement fee, not a processing fee, not a training fee, not a “visa deposit”, not anything. Our fees are paid by employers.

If anyone claiming to represent Dynamico Workforce asks you for money, it is a scam. Do not pay. Email careers@dynamico.space and tell us, and consider reporting it to the Department of Migrant Workers. Overseas job scams targeting Filipino workers are common and we would rather hear about a false alarm than not hear about a real one.

Who we are and what we do

Dynamico Workforce ([registration number to be added]), [registered office address to be added], Philippines, operates a staffing platform connecting Filipino professionals with employers internationally.

We are an intermediary. We are not your employer. We introduce candidates to employers and support the hiring process. The employment relationship, when one forms, is between the candidate and the employer — or, where we act as Employer of Record, under a separate written agreement that says so explicitly.

Who can use this

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be legally able to enter a contract and, for candidates, to take the work you apply for.
  • One account per person. Don't share your login.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

If you're a candidate

You agree to:

  • Tell the truth.Your resume, skills and experience must be accurate. Misrepresenting your background wastes an employer's time and damages the trust every other candidate on this platform depends on.
  • Upload only your own resume and your own information.
  • Keep your profile current, including when you're no longer looking.
  • Turn up to interviews you accept, or tell us in advance if you can't.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading it you give us permission to store it, process it, and show the relevant parts to verified employers — for the purpose of finding you work, and nothing else. You can withdraw that permission by deleting your account.

If you're an employer

You agree to:

  • Post real roles. No fake listings, no roles posted to harvest candidate data, no bait-and-switch on pay or terms.
  • Describe the job honestly — including salary, engagement type and what the work actually involves.
  • Use candidate information only for hiring. Not for marketing, not for building a database, not for passing to anyone else.
  • Hire lawfully. You must not discriminate on grounds of age, sex, gender identity, marital status, religion, ethnicity, disability, pregnancy, or any characteristic protected by applicable law. Our screening interviews are instructed to refuse such questions and will not ask them on your behalf.
  • Never ask a candidate for payment of any kind.
  • Comply with the employment and data protection law that applies to you.

Accounts are verified on email confirmation. We may revoke access at any time — which removes your ability to see candidate profiles — if we have reason to believe these terms are being broken.

What AI does here, and what it doesn't

We use AI to read resumes, rank candidates against roles, and conduct screening interviews. Two things follow from that, and both matter:

  • AI output can be wrong. A skill may be missed, a summary may misread a job history, a score may be unfair. Treat it as a starting point, not a verdict.
  • No hiring decision is made by AI alone.A Dynamico specialist reviews every shortlist before it reaches an employer, and the final decision is always a person's.

If you think an AI-generated score or summary about you is wrong, email us. A person will review it.

What we don't promise

Being direct about this is fairer than burying it:

  • We can't guarantee you a job. Creating a profile, uploading a resume, or appearing on a shortlist is not a promise of employment or of an interview.
  • We can't guarantee you a hire.Posting a role doesn't promise suitable candidates, or any candidates.
  • We don't verify every claim. We review employers and shortlists, but we cannot independently confirm every statement a candidate or employer makes. Do your own checks before committing.
  • The service may be interrupted. We aim to keep it running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Things you must not do

  • Impersonate anyone, or post on behalf of a company without authority.
  • Scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy profiles or listings.
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
  • Upload malware, or try to disrupt or overload the service.
  • Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited marketing.
  • Post anything unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory.
  • Ask a candidate for payment.

Our content

The Dynamico Workforce name, logo, site design and software are ours. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Job listings belong to the employer who posted them; profiles belong to the candidate.

Ending your account

You can leave whenever you like. Email us and we will close your account and delete your data, subject to what the Privacy Policy says about records we keep.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

Liability

We provide this service in good faith and with reasonable care, but to the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost earnings, lost opportunities, or loss arising from a hiring decision made by an employer or a candidate.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes fall to the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any right you have to bring a claim where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will email you rather than relying on you noticing. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
