We connect Philippine professionals with employers around the world — and we are run by the people we place.
Dynamico Workforce is an offshore staffing company based in the Philippines, placing Filipino professionals with employers in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom and across Asia-Pacific. We are Filipino-owned and Filipino-run, which is not a marketing line so much as an explanation of how we make decisions: the people negotiating on a candidate's behalf have been on that side of the table.
The company grew out of more than a decade of work in technology, BPO and offshore staffing. That history is the reason we are careful about the things this industry is usually careless with — classification, remittances, and telling a candidate the truth about a role before they take it.
We recruit and screen Philippine talent, match them to roles, and act as the employer of record once a hire is made. In practice that means you choose the person and direct the work, while the employment relationship, payroll and statutory obligations sit with us. You do not need a registered entity in the Philippines to hire one person through us.
We are not a freelancer marketplace. There is no bidding, no race to the lowest rate, and no leaving you to work out whether your long-term full-time contractor is legally an employee.
Virtual assistants and executive admin — calendar and inbox management, travel, CRM upkeep, research, data entry.
Customer support — chat, phone and email, across e-commerce, SaaS and healthcare administration.
Finance and bookkeeping — QuickBooks, Xero, reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll support.
Software and QA — web and mobile development, automation, manual and automated testing.
Design and marketing — branding, UI/UX, content, social media, SEO.
Sales and operations — lead generation, outbound, project coordination, team supervision.
Every candidate builds a profile and uploads a CV. Their skills and experience are extracted from it, and candidates can correct anything that was read wrong — it is their record, not ours. Candidates may also complete a written screening interview covering the role in question.
A specialist reviews every result before an employer sees it. Nothing is forwarded automatically and no hiring decision is made by software alone. When candidates are ranked against a role, names are deliberately withheld from that step and reattached afterwards, because a name carries signals about gender and ethnicity that have no business influencing a shortlist.
Employing someone in the Philippines carries real obligations. Employers must register and remit to SSS for social security, PhilHealth for health insurance and Pag-IBIG for the housing fund, and withhold income tax for the BIR. Rank-and-file employees are entitled to 13th-month pay — one twelfth of annual basic salary, due by 24 December, a statutory right rather than a discretionary bonus. The Labor Code governs hours, rest days, leave and termination.
Misclassifying a full-time worker as a contractor does not avoid any of this. Philippine authorities look at the working relationship — who sets the hours, who directs the work — not at what the contract is titled. The liability for unpaid contributions falls on the employer.
We take that on. One invoice to you; registration, contributions, payroll and records on our side. Ask us for proof of remittance whenever you like. It is a reasonable thing to ask any staffing provider, and one that will not show you has answered the question.
We never charge candidates. Not a placement fee, a processing fee, a training fee, nor a deposit of any kind — our fees are paid by employers. If anyone claiming to be Dynamico asks a candidate for money, it is a scam, and we want to know about it at careers@dynamico.space. Our full commitments are in the Terms of Service, and what we do with personal data is in the Privacy Policy.
It recruits, screens and employs staff in the Philippines on behalf of a company based elsewhere. You direct the work day to day; the staffing company is the legal employer, which means it registers the employee with Philippine agencies, runs payroll, withholds tax and keeps the employment records. That removes the need for you to set up a local entity in order to hire one person.
It depends on the role and the experience level, and any provider quoting a single hourly figure before seeing your job description is guessing. An experienced executive assistant costs materially more than a data-entry role. Posting a role with Dynamico Workforce is free and there is nothing to pay until you hire, so you can see real candidates and real salary expectations before committing to anything.
Beyond salary, employers must register and remit contributions to SSS for social security, PhilHealth for health insurance and Pag-IBIG for the housing fund, and withhold income tax for the BIR. Rank-and-file employees are entitled to 13th-month pay, equal to one twelfth of their annual basic salary, due by 24 December. Philippine Labor Code rules on working hours, rest days, leave and termination also apply. Current contribution rates should be checked against each agency's published schedule, as they change.
Sometimes, but it depends on the actual working relationship rather than what the contract says. If you set someone's hours, direct their daily work and they work for you full-time, Philippine authorities may treat them as an employee regardless of the label — and the liability for unpaid contributions sits with the employer. This is the main risk of hiring through a freelancer marketplace, and the main reason an employer-of-record arrangement exists.
Yes, and many do. The Philippines is UTC+8, which overlaps the Australian and wider Asia-Pacific working day directly. US hours mean a night shift in Manila, which candidates can and do agree to — we ask upfront rather than assuming, and candidates who have said yes are marked as such on their profile.
Every candidate builds a profile and uploads a CV, which is read to extract their skills and experience. Candidates may also complete a written screening interview. A Dynamico specialist reviews the result before anything reaches an employer — no shortlist is sent automatically, and no hiring decision is made by software alone.
Tell us early. We would rather replace someone in the first weeks than have both sides endure a bad fit, and we would rather know the reason than not. Specific replacement terms are set out in your engagement agreement.
No. Dynamico Workforce never charges candidates — no placement fee, no processing fee, no training fee, no deposit of any kind. Our fees are paid by employers. Anyone claiming to represent us and asking a candidate for money is not us, and we would like to hear about it.
